What buyers ask us.
Starlink or Iridium for fleet?
Both, depending on workload. Starlink = broadband, perfect for crew welfare, video, cloud services. Iridium = voice, SMS, low-data telemetry, and critically: works outside Starlink coverage areas. Most fleets run both.
Can we self-manage a fleet?
Yes. Peplink's InControl 2 gives you a single dashboard for every device in your fleet — status, config, firmware, VPN state. Free with the hardware. We also offer managed-service options.
Do you handle bulk pricing?
Yes. Ordering 5+ units qualifies for volume pricing. Email us with quantities and destination(s) and we'll scope + invoice. For recurring buyers we set up a Net-30 account.
Can we get VAT-exempt invoicing?
Yes, for qualifying EU B2B customers. Provide your VAT ID at checkout or in an order note; we validate and issue a VAT-exempt invoice.
What about on-site install?
We partner with installers across the Nordics for fixed-site and vessel installs. Request a quote with your location and we'll coordinate.
